This course provides a shortcut for anyone who is interested in becoming a hairdresser but does not have the time to spend studying for two or more years.
The Fast Track Hairdressing Course is specifically designed to provide students with an intensive 6 week course which follows a similar structure to the NVQ syllabus.
The course content includes:
- Cutting techniques
- Colour
- How to shampoo and condition the hair and scalp
- Consultation skills
- Style, dress and finishing techniques
- Reception duties, customer care and health and safety
The course is taught by qualified educators who incorporate theory work, special projects, demonstrations and hands-on workshops. Your tutor will guide you through the stages of the course and monitor your personal progress. All necessary equipment, styling tools and manuals are provided.
Students are welcome to bring in a camera to take photos during this course.
